It is entirely up to the organizers to decide how many teams to include in the expo depending on the space, and availability of the supporting resources.  In the first year it is recommended to start off with a slightly smaller number of teams, just to make things more manageable, since the first year is often the hardest. In the subsequent years, organizers may include as many teams as possible.

CVR provides electronic registration facility for all partner expo events. Partner or authorized representative can manage their event at MyCVR website (see below for details).

The following info will be available for each team that registers for an expo event:

  • Team Number
  • Team Name
  • Team Location
  • Main Contact’s Name
  • Main Contact’s Phone Number
  • Main Contact’s Email Address
  • Whether registration has been paid
